CEO
For the last 23 years, Rich has served as CEO of Aristo and helped hospitals and emergency department physicians increase revenue and improve quality and efficiency in the emergency department. Servicing numerous hospitals across the country, Rich is a trusted confidant and subject matter expert in the areas of emergency medicine and healthcare back-office processing.
Susan Creel,
COO
Susan has been a leader in revenue cycle and practice management for over 30 years. She has a B.S. in Health Administration and is a Certified Procedural Coder. Her knowledge of Aristo's RCM processes, designed to maintain the highest quality standards in the ED industry, result in client cash flow improvements. Susan is client-facing and meets regularly with administrators and physicians to ensure open communication, feedback, and client satisfaction.
Bobby Welch,
AI/IT
Bobby brings an abundance of experience to Aristo in the areas of managed services, cloud services, security, networking, software development, and voice solutions. Bobby is working to continually keep Aristo's AI and technology ahead of the curve. Having prior worked in the finance industry, Bobby understands what it takes to use the power of technology to increase revenue.

With a 22-year tenure in the field of medical billing and revenue cycle management, Laura brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. She manages our billing team and the patient call center ensuring excellent customer service. As a seasoned professional, Laura continues to drive our company's commitment to excellence and efficiency in the healthcare industry.
Gary Abel,
Billing Manager
Gary has been with Aristo since 2016 and has a background in banking as well as healthcare finance and RCM. Gary also has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and is pursuing an additional degree in Computer Science to further serve Aristo clients.

Provider Enrollment
Gary brings to Aristo over 20 years of experience in network development, provider relations, credentialing and provider enrollment, with a current focus on ED. He also has experience in systems development and functional design, and in claims processing.

Mike Snow,
Senior Advisor
Prior to working with Aristo, Mike was the President of Overton Advisory Group providing strategic and operational services to early stage healthcare companies and diligence support to private equity firms. Prior to that he was the President and CEO of a $5 billion publicly traded professional outsourcing company, where he led a nearly 50% increase in revenue and profitability during his tenure. The bulk of Mike’s professional experience has been in hospital management.
Dean Alexander,
Healthcare Advisor
Dean has served as CEO at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, Mainland Medical Center, and Christus Santa Rosa Health System. He has also served as EVP for a staffing company where he oversaw growth through contract acquisition and mergers, initiated cost saving efforts, and improved patient and provider satisfaction for a 13-state region with more than 150 physician practice contracts. Dean brings immense knowledge in developing and growing teams and cultivating outstanding physician relations.
