Staffing Mix: Ensuring the right providers (physician versus advance practice providers) are seeing the right patients is an essential element when evaluating the staffing model.

Patient Arrival Modeling: Aristo can analyze the department’s patient arrival data and provide the optimal number of provider hours and the manner in which they are deployed. To further “drill down,” this analysis can be done for each day of the week to make sure there is adequate staffing when needed.

Subsidy Calculations 

Aristo monitors the monthly CPV (Collections Per Visit) to provide practice leadership the information needed to ensure the practice is receiving the appropriate subsidy from the hospital. These calculations also provide assurance to client hospitals that the revenue cycle is being maximized, thereby keeping their subsidy as low as possible.
